Studio Rentals

We have 50 shipping containers that are converted into work-only, artist-only studios for rent. We also have a 5000sq shared metal shop. Studio prices are:

Upper Studios: $300 per month
Lower Studios: $350 per month

For the right project, we also rent indoor and outdoor space for temporary (2 month plus) build projects.
