Sidy
Sidy is an established San Francisco based Artist. He enjoys using different mediums consisting of digital work, watercolor, acrylic paint and spray paint. His work consists of asian influences and pop culture references done in a unique fashion. Much of his work is done digitally bringing in different styles and mediums together. Sidy attended the Boston Museum of Fine arts and graduated from California College of Arts in San Francisco.
Recently Sidy has been interested in Asian Mythology. His last show in Osaka Japan with fellow artist StayBacon featured eight different Japanese Yokai monsters. This Mural done for The Box Shop depicts a Chinese Qilin other wise know as the Chinese Unicorn. A Qilin is one of the four sacred Chinese animals. They are known to be true seekers of justice and punish only the wicked.
