The Box Shop Open House is ON! 

We are kicking off February by returning to our 2nd Sunday of the month Open Houses.

Thanks to all that has supported the Box Shop in our quest to find new permanent location. You are our super stars.

TOUR 130+ MURALS! The Box Shop commissioned local artists to paint more than 130 murals throughout the space. The Box Shop is one of the Bay Area's largest open-air mural art exhibits!

ENJOY THE SCULPTURE GARDEN! Take a stroll in our succulent garden, where plants and sculptures blossom in harmony.

SEE WHERE MASSIVE ART IS BORN Colossal structures are created at The Box Shop. Some become treasured public art, like Entwined Meadow - an installation in Golden Gate Park in the winters of 2020-2024. We’re also a Burning Man arts community hub. Dozens of Playa sculptures and art cars are built at The Box Shop. Check out the space, machinery, tools, and people that make this magic possible!
